What it is
This article covers the public sign-up flow, the email OTP step, and the main sign-in/reset paths.
When to use it
Use this when you are creating a new owner account, signing in for the first time, or recovering access after a password reset.
How to do it
- Open the app sign-up or login page that matches your role.
- Complete the registration form, then request the email OTP when the page asks for it.
- Enter the OTP exactly as received, then continue to your dashboard.
- If you already have an account, use Sign In. If you forgot your password, use the reset flow from the login page.
What success looks like
You reach the dashboard without another OTP prompt, and your account shows as verified.
What to do if something goes wrong
- If the OTP does not arrive, check your inbox and spam folder, then use Resend OTP.
- If the app says you must verify OTP before continuing, the current login session is waiting on email confirmation.
- If you are using a demo account, open the demo login link from the landing page instead of the normal sign-up flow.
