Quick solutions

OTP did not arrive

Check your inbox and spam folder, then use the resend option on the page you were on.

I can’t add a property

Your account may be in view-only mode or you may have reached the property allowance on your plan.

I can’t save payment settings

Open Settings > Payment, request OTP if prompted, and confirm at least one supported gateway is enabled.

Tenant onboarding is blocked

Make sure the unit is vacant and the onboarding link has not expired before you resend a new invite.

Vacate is blocked

Clear unpaid invoices first, then retry the vacate flow from the tenant record.

My trial expired

Open the subscription page, choose a plan, and complete checkout to restore write access.
