1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accepting an onboarding invite, applying as an affiliate, or using Tenant in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account accuracy
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, apply, or onboard. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
- Use only details that belong to you or that you are authorized to provide.
- Keep your password, OTPs, and account access private.
3. Use of the service
Tenant is provided for lawful rental, property, tenant, billing, and communication workflows. You must not use the platform in a way that breaks the law, harms others, or disrupts the service.
- Do not upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not interfere with tenant records, invoices, referrals, or payment flows.
4. Tenant onboarding and invitations
Onboarding links are created for a specific vacant unit and should only be shared with the intended tenant. Tenant information is collected during onboarding so the invited tenant profile can be created only after OTP verification.
- An invitation may expire, be replaced, or be withdrawn if the unit changes state.
- The landlord or authorized staff remains responsible for ensuring the correct unit and tenant details are used.
5. Billing, subscriptions, and payments
Paid plans, invoices, and payment methods are handled according to the plan or account settings shown in the application. Payment processors may be added or removed based on availability, compliance, or technical changes.
- Charges shown in the app should be reviewed before payment.
- Payment confirmations, callbacks, and status polling may be used to verify a successful payment.
6. Affiliate activity
If you join or use the affiliate program, your affiliate activity is also governed by the Tenant Affiliates Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, the affiliate terms control for affiliate-specific activity.
7. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to spam users, impersonate others, use the platform for fraud, or share misleading claims about Tenant. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse system features.
- No spam, phishing, or unlawful marketing.
- No sharing of secret tokens, credentials, or private backend details.
- No misuse of referrals, commissions, or OTP flows.
8. Data, communications, and privacy
Tenant stores and processes account details, property data, onboarding data, logs, and communications needed to operate the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
9. Intellectual property and brand use
Tenant, its logos, interface designs, and related assets remain the property of their respective owners. You may not use the brand or assets in a misleading way without permission.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, is insecure, or poses risk to the platform or its users. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Tenant is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Tenant after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law and contact
