What it is

When to use it
Use this when you need to update profile details, swap a logo, fix email delivery, or change payment providers.
How to do it
- Open the relevant settings page such as Account, Password, General, Company, Email, or Payment.
- Update the details you want to change and save the form.
- For payment changes, request the OTP confirmation if the page prompts for it.
- Choose the gateway you want to enable, complete the required fields, and save again.
- Refresh the page or dashboard to confirm the change is live.
What success looks like
Your settings save successfully and the new branding, email, or payment details appear across the app.
What to do if something goes wrong
- If the payment page asks for OTP, confirm the request before trying to save the gateway settings.
- If email messages are not sending, review the SMTP values on the Email settings page.
- If you are changing the logo, make sure the file matches the expected image format used in the app.
